Successful Concrete Pour at Skanska Bridge

RSS Infrastructure’s Civils and Construction team has achieved another milestone in the Skanska Bridge project with a successful concrete pour to create steel-reinforced footings. The Skanska Bridge project is part of the HS2 project, and RSS Infrastructure has been engaged in it for almost two years. They have provided Possession Planning and Management, Isolations, Worksite Management, De-vegetation, Fence Installation, and Civils work services.

Collaborative Efforts for Project Success

The successful collaboration between RSS Infrastructure and Skanska’s on-site and Network Rail Route teams resulted in a great working relationship. This collaboration was nurtured by the regular flow of information and updates from all parties involved.

OTP Planning and Management for Efficient Execution

RSS Infrastructure also provided On Track Plant (OTP) Planning and Management for the project, ensuring all necessary equipment and personnel were available at the right times. This approach resulted in cost savings and increased productivity for the client on-site.

Package Works for Increased Efficiency

In addition to the above services, RSS Infrastructure provided package works on the project, including safety-critical staff. This approach ensured increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the client.
