CSR Sustainable Workforce - Responsibility, RSS Infrastructure

At RSS Infrastructure, corporate social responsibility covers three commitments: reducing our environmental impact on the way to Net Zero by 2050, creating social value in the communities we work in, and supporting the Armed Forces community. We hold ISO 14001, are a Disability Confident Leader and hold the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award.

Taking responsibility

We don’t just focus on completing projects within our scope. Our work affects a wider community, and we take that responsibility seriously. That’s why we prioritise safety and productivity for everyone involved, from our clients to our employees and beyond.

We are committed to making a positive difference by engaging with people on and off site: reducing our impact on the environment, opening up careers to people from underrepresented groups, and supporting charities, schools and those who have served.
