Our commitment
Auctus Management Group Ltd (AMG) and RSS Infrastructure Ltd (RSS) have a zero-tolerance approach to sexual harassment of our staff. This applies whether the behaviour comes from a colleague or from any third party, including a client, customer, supplier, contractor, consultant, visitor or member of the public, and whether it happens in person, online or through any other work-related communication.
Employment Rights Act 2025
From 30 October 2026, the Employment Rights Act 2025 strengthens employers’ duties by requiring them to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment and introduces protection where staff are harassed by third parties. We welcome these stronger protections and expect everyone who works with us—and their employees, representatives and subcontractors—to treat our people with dignity, courtesy and respect.
Reporting a concern
We encourage staff to report any concern and will take every report seriously, handle it sensitively and act promptly and proportionately. We will not tolerate victimisation or retaliation.
Third parties
Where there is an allegation that a third party is involved we will investigate and if proven, we may require action, restrict contact or access, suspend work, or reconsider or end the working relationship.
