We have offices in Birmingham, Cwmbran, Doncaster, and Tonbridge and serve clients such as Network Rail, HS2, Midland Metro Alliance, and several Tier 1 and 2 contractors. We also hold a Principal Contractors Licence (PCL) from Network Rail.
Founded in 2007, we work through three divisions: Technical Services (civils and construction, rail operations, signalling and track warning), Managed Environments (vegetation management, ecology and industrial rope access) and Welding Services.

RSS Infrastructure holds a Principal Contractor Licence (PCL) from Network Rail, awarded in 2023, so we can manage and coordinate works on the railway as principal contractor. We are available for short-term or small-scale project support, and in 2025 we were awarded Network Rail Anglia’s Permanent Way Minor Works framework.
