Stringent Vetting Process
As part of our recruitment process, all safety-critical workers go through stringent vetting, drug/alcohol tests, face-to-face interviews, and competency checks. We also continually develop our workforce so we can provide the best service possible.
We offer a range of safety-critical roles such as Controller of Site Safety (COSS), Crane Controller (CC), Engineering Supervisor (ES), Handback Engineer, Hot Weather Track Patroller, Level Crossing Attendant (LXA), Lookout (LKT), Machine Controller (MC), Person In Charge (PIC), Personal Track Safety Worker (PTS), Points Operator (PO), Protection Controller (PC), Site Access Controller, Site Engineers, Site Supervisor, Site Warden (SW), Stressing Op Level 1 and 2 and Tandem Lift Crane Controller.
We work with other RSSI divisions to provide various infrastructure services, including Civils & Construction, Magnetic Track Safety Solutions, Possession Management, Signalling, Track Warning Services, Vegetation Management, and Welding Services.
