“Our Magnetic Track Safety Solutions are simple, safe and fast to assemble/disassemble, thanks to the innovative and simple magnetic attachment that connects to the web of the rail, with no requirement to remove or replace under track ballast.”

Magnetic Barrier Fencing

Magnetic fencing can be used in the majority of railway infrastructure areas. Simple, safe and fast assembly/disassembly, with a simple magnetic attachment to the web of the rail, with no requirement to remove or replace under track ballast.

This solution allows tamping & ballast cleaning to continue while in-situ and can be installed under Lookout protection.

Magnetic Protocol Boards

Magnetic Protocol Boards act as a temporary indicator to Drivers/Operators to ‘Stop and check the Points before proceeding’, thus reducing the risk of Points damage which in turn reduces costs. The equipment’s revolutionary design incorporates unique ‘magnetic technology’ that is quick to deploy and has been approved for use on the UK’s rail infrastructure by Network Rail.

Safe, simple and light; the equipment only consists of two components & no tools required. It can be used even under freezing circumstances when the ballast is frozen or covered with snow and removes the potential for ‘Track distortion’ in high temperatures.

Features of Magnetic Track Safety Range

The key features of the products are as follows:

  • Can be used in areas with S&C
  • Does NOT affect track circuits or Axle counters
  • Easy dismantling with one arm movement
  • Fully functional under extreme hot and cold temperatures
