RSS Infrastructure Becomes CIRAS Member

RSS Infrastructure Ltd (RSSI) are delighted to announce they have become certified Confidential Incident Reporting & Analysis Service (CIRAS) members, as the company aims to enhance the current health and safety reporting within the business.

The new partnership coincides with RSSI focus on safety, wellbeing and people development, and will add to the company’s existing policies and procedures to reporting any issues the employees and contracted may have.

As CIRAS Members, the organisation will enable RSSI staff to raise health, wellbeing and safety concerns whilst protecting their identity, where they feel they can’t use internal reporting channels or have tried without success. The membership agreement will see the service embedded alongside existing internal reporting systems within the business.

Russell Bradshaw, Group HSQE Manager commented:

“Since starting at RSS Infrastructure Ltd, I have been heavily involved with the fantastic initiatives the company has produced thus far. Now as proud members of CIRAS, we have another integral reporting system at our disposal that not only reinforces our commitment to supporting our workforce, but it also gives them more confidence in us as their employer.”

RSS Infrastructure Ltd is now part of the almost 2,000 strong CIRAS member community, as they all work together to improve safety culture with collaborative reports directly from CIRAS and each other.
