The session aimed to empower non-profits with knowledge and tools to integrate artificial intelligence into their everyday operations, enhancing their productivity and outreach.

What we did
RSS Infrastructure’s HR and Marketing teams, in collaboration with Auctus Management Group, hosted a forward-thinking AI workshop designed specifically for local charities. The session, led by Peter Lowe and supported by Annto Ferrah Muthu Johnson, focused on making artificial intelligence accessible and practical.
Attendees were introduced to tools and methods that could help streamline repetitive tasks, create impactful content and increase operational efficiency. The event concluded with a segment on building custom GPTs tailored to each organisation’s needs, including best practices for using brand kits and organisational knowledge files.
How it helped
The workshop received enthusiastic engagement from all participating charities, reflecting a clear demand for digital upskilling in the sector. The training gave attendees immediately applicable skills and inspired fresh thinking about the role of technology in charitable operations. By demystifying AI and demonstrating its benefits, the session laid the groundwork for continued collaboration and capacity building.
