Project Delivery

Ridge was the client for the Warrington Power Station project, which had a value of £6k and a duration of one week. The project involved examining a private thirdparty owned structure for the client. The examination aimed to determine whether heavier vehicles could be used across the structure, which would increase productivity.

To facilitate the examination, a road closure was organised to the plant. The solution provided included a team, COSS, PASMA towers, line blocks, road closure, bridge examiners, and supply road over rail crane.

The bridge to the power station had to be closed, and line blockages and sidings possession had to be organised. Third-party land owners’ agreements had to be obtained.

This was a challenging project to gain all stakeholder buy-in and agreements. However, the team successfully delivered the project within the given timeline and budget.
