RSS Infrastructure (RSSI) and INFRA Skills has been shortlisted for the โSME of the Yearโ and the โInvesting in Peopleโ categories in the 2019 Rail Partnership Awards. The awards are part of a partnership between Network Rail, Rail Media that recognises the outstanding work organisations are doing to deliver a better railway.
As part of the โSME of the Yearโ award submission process, the company provided evidence that demonstrated how it is driving excellence and innovation in several award category areas such as safety, sustainability and community engagement as well as detailing successful partnerships.
Furthermore, in connection with the โInvesting in Peopleโ category, the company was asked to provide evidence of how it was developing people through investing in talent, skills, apprenticeship schemes, training and leadership capabilities.
