Our OLE division specialises in delivering highly skilled personnel from Isolation Planners, Nominated Persons, Authorised Persons through to OLEC1 to OLEC4 qualified staff. The division has extensive experience in providing solutions for both short and long term projects, ensuring that all budgetary and time constraints are met.

OLE Construction

RSS Infrastructure provides bespoke teams to fulfil numerous activities within the OLE construction industry. With access to the approved plant suppliers, we can support new & existing works in numerous AC (OLEMI, Series 1, Series 2) and DC (Tramway and Railway 3rd Rail/ OLE) systems, as well as ancillary 11/33kV HC supply, site surveys and investigations and yard/material management.

Delivery Support

Our workforce comes equipped with full Personnel Protection Equipment (PPE), competency training and tools & small plant training. Furthermore, specialist tools to complete the works can be made available if required. We also provide additional out of hours support through our OLE Technical Support hotline. This service means that any issue is dealt with quickly by our rapid response team ensuring peace of mind for both our workforce and clients.

Recent OLE Successes

We are proud to have been involved in some recent high-profile projects, including the extensive work carried out by CRSA, on Kilsby Tunnel in Spring 2020 – watch Network Rail’s Kilsby Tunnel video. The OLE team managed the Isolations on this demanding project. We delivered 742 hours with 0 accidents which demonstrates our firm commitment to safety.
