    What Are We Looking For?

    As a Team Leader you will make up part of a 2-3 man team, working predominantly around Birmingham on commercial tree works and on occasion depending on demand you may be expected to travel 1-2 hours from your base works to provide cover in other teams.

    You will be expected to be competent and comfortable completing a core set of paperwork such as risk assessments and daily checks for your team. Good communication skills are essential for speaking to third parties. It’s expected the candidate will have a good working knowledge of common tree species and be able to identify them on site.

    Competencies required:

    • NPTC CS30, CS31, CS38 + CS39,
    • First Aid At Work

    Competencies desirable:

    • PTS
    • B+E Licence
    • MEWP
    • Wood Chipper
